RECIPE: Chest Rub

After much trial-and-error, I created a chest rub (or salve, whichever you call it) that is as soft as the popular "V" brand, without nasty ingredients like petroleum. (Hard pass.) I cannot tell you how many recipes I tried that ended up hard like lip balm. You shouldn't have to dig your fingernails into chest rub to get it out. That is the worst, am I right?!

Respiratory Support Chest Rub is just one of the recipes included in our "Get Well Soon" care package. You can view the complete essential oil DIY project by clicking on the link above and you will find the individual recipes at the bottom of this post.
