RECIPE: Hydrating Face Mask

There is no such thing as a one-size fits all face mask. Everyone's skin is unique, which is why I created three face mask recipes for you to choose from! This is our Hydrating face Mask Recipe, but we also have Detoxifying and Clarifying recipes if those are a better fit for your gorgeous face.

Face masks are just one portion of our "Fresh Face Beauty" project. You can view the complete essential oil DIY project by clicking on the link above and you will find the individual recipes at the bottom of this post.

Now, are you ready to get crafty? Let's do this!

SUPPLIES
2 oz. Glass Jar
"Fresh Face" Printable Labels
2 tsp Aloe Vera Gel
2 tsp Organic Honey
2 drops Vitamin E

STEP ONE - COMBINE YOUR BASE INGREDIENTS
This mask is meant to be used within one day of creating. You don't want bacteria growing in your face mask. That defeats the purpose, am I right?

STEP TWO - CUSTOMIZE YOUR MASK
Now comes the fun part. It's time to customize your mask! Click here to discover the most beneficial essential oils for your skin type. Then, choose a few oils based on what you have on hand and get customizing! You can safely add up to 8 drops of essential oils to your face mask (2% dilution).

STEP THREE - SLATHER THAT MAGIC ON YO' FACE!
• Apply to mask to your face, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
• Rinse with warm water.
• Moisturize with Glow Serum.

NOTE: This mask is pretty drippy. You’ll want to lean over your sink and/or use a fancy facial brush to apply to mask.
