RECIPE: Sore Muscle Soak

Did you overdo it in yoga or Crossfit? Or perhaps pull a muscle loading the dishwasher? (Raise your hand if you've been there.) Soak your aching muscles in a nice relaxing bath.

SUPPLIES:
"TLC in a Jar" Printables
4oz. Mason Jars
1/2 cup Epsom Salt
6 drops of Panaway
Squirt of Shampoo or Body Wash

YIELDS:
One 4oz. container of bath salts

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Add the epsom salts + essential oils in a container with a lid and SHAKE!

• Add to the container of your choice, being sure to include the instructions about adding a squirt of shampoo or body wash to the mixture before putting it in the bath.

Why the squirt of shampoo or body wash? To disperse the essential oils into your relaxing bath, my friend. Essential oils in the lady garden or eyes does not = relaxation. Click here to read about why just epsom salt + essential oils is not a good idea.
